We accept most major insurance plans and are committed to making wound care accessible to every patient.
We work with the following plans. If you don't see yours listed, please call us — we may still be able to help or work with you on self-pay options.
Insurance plans and coverage change frequently. Always verify your specific plan and benefits with your insurance provider before your visit. Our billing team is happy to help — call us at (555) 000-0000.
We want billing to be the least stressful part of your care. Here's how it works from visit to statement.
Before your first visit, our team verifies your insurance coverage and checks for any prior authorization requirements. We'll let you know your estimated cost share upfront.
After your visit, we submit a claim directly to your insurance carrier. Most claims are processed within 2–4 weeks. We handle the follow-up with your insurer so you don't have to.
Once your insurance has processed the claim, you'll receive a statement for any remaining balance — your co-pay, deductible, or co-insurance. Payment can be made by phone, online, or in person.
Our billing team is available Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. We're happy to explain your statement, help appeal a denial, or discuss payment plan options.
No insurance? No problem. We offer transparent, competitive self-pay rates and will always explain your costs before treatment. Payment is due at the time of service.
We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We can also discuss payment plans for larger balances.
Ask About Self-Pay RatesWe believe financial hardship should never be a barrier to wound care. If you're facing difficulty affording care, please speak with our front desk team confidentially.
